I read this quote, and it hit me hard:
“Our lives change overnight. It just takes years to get to that night.”
When you start anything new—a job, business, relationship, season in life—you’re not as good as you expect to be.
That’s why it’s a journey, a process.
Along the way, there will be frustrations, roadblocks, and times when you feel you can’t push through.
In those moments, I remind myself that this is where most people quit. And it’s not a matter of IF, it’s a matter of WHEN.
You’ll get everything you want in life if you allow things to take their course.
This doesn’t mean you sit on your butt and do nothing. Things take their course, but you must take relentless action.
Taking action when you’re uncertain of the outcome—that is blind faith in yourself.
That is the faith that carries over in all areas of life. It helps you improve your health, show up better as a partner, and find meaningful work.
Have faith in yourself, do the work, and focus on the things you can control. Before you know it, that night that you’ve been waiting for will arrive.
Keep pushing forward because you can’t lose if you don’t quit.
